i wanted something for stairs when our elevator was down. by the time i got this tho, the elevator was fixed after 10 weeks. so haven't tried it out on the stairs. that said, it's a nice sturdy cart, very good capacity (more than you would want to haul up stairs for sure) - could put a full basket of groceries in it no problem. the liner is nice, seems durable. only hooks over the top 'rail' so it's kind of awkward when it's empty. also has a cover so if you're using this to walk from your grocery store, will keep out the weather. assembly was simple, the wheels just pop right on, and then you put the liner in if you want to use it. it's pretty lightweight even with the liner, wouldn't be any real effort to load and unload if you were driving to the store and wanted to use it for your grocery cart. it will hold as much as a grocery cart too. the little basket is a nice feature, can put eggs or deli lunch or whatnot there where they won't get squashed. it's very maneuverable. while i haven't tried it with stairs, the wheels do rotate so you can easily make sharp corners, get through doors etc. the one improvement would be some kind of hook/latch mechanism to keep it folded when not in use. the old beat up one i have has that. but not a big deal, i will fashion something out of a wire hanger or something like that. meanwhile just have to prop it behind something else so it can't unfold. ...turned out mine was missing one of the pieces that locks the triple wheels on the axle. didn't realize until the wheels started falling off, after just 2-3 uses. contacted customer support who replied almost immediately (!) and after i sent them pix, they said they would send replacement. so that gets them 5 stars! ...when i followed up about tracking info they replied almost instantly with UPS info and should be here tomorrow - 2 days after reaching out. excellent support! got that today, and they sent just the wheel replacement which is perfect (didn't need a whole new cart!), problem solved. excellent support!

This cart has been a Godsend!!! My house has 8 steps up to the front door and 18+ steps up the basement..... either way I look at it, I am making multiple trips up and down the stairs on grocery day. I use to have a cart but gave it to one of my neighbors after I moved into a single story house a few years ago. Now I wished I had it, so I decided to buy myself another one. They have gone up a lot in price since I bought my first one some years back, but my knees just can't take all this up and down anymore. I found this one and decided to splurge on it and am I happy that I did!!! This cart is made of a lightweight metal material and is foldable and so easy to carry and store when not in use. It came with a nice black canvas bag that fits perfectly inside it, to prevent your small stuff from falling through the grates. I do wish that the canvas bag had velcro straps that attached to top grates to keep it from folding onto itself but it's not really a big issue and I can probably rig it up myself at some point in time, but as I said, it's not really an issue, it's just something I see as a future improvement in the product. This this is VERY roomy and looks attractive enough to take to a farmers market or some other store that doesn't offer bags to carry your items out of the store. It's VERY sturdy and rock solid! I have read that other people had had issues with the wheels falling off.....I have not personally had that issue and I am putting this thing through a lot of use going up and down my basement stairs everytime I need to load bottled water and soda cans up the stairs to stock my fridge. I would like to add that on grocery day, I use to have to make three to five trips up and down the basement steps to get everything to the kitchen......now I can get ALL of my groceries in ONE trip. I just have to remember to put the heavy stuff (canned goods, boxed items), meat) on the bottom and then place the lighter things (eggs, bread, cheeses, etc) on the top. The little caged exterior compartment also comes in handy for carry extras like breakables, your purse or even the mail. I do have to go backwards up my stairs and pull it one step at a time because my groceries weigh A LOT, but I'm ecstatic that I can get everything up in ONE trip! Even if you don't have stairs, this cart is still worth it just to bring all the groceries and stuff inside the house in one trip. If you think this cart is too much money for you, I say it's totally worth it!!

I am a senior who is unsteady on my feet and have difficulty climbing stairs/steps, especially if my hands are full with shopping bags. I have 2 steps in my garage to enter the house and was getting tired of making several trips from car to kitchen, toting a couple of bags at a time. I saw this cart and knew it was exactly what I needed, and the price was affordable for someone on a fixed income. It totes plenty of bags of groceries and rolls easily and maneuvers even in the tightest of spaces. Assembly was easy and the cart is sturdy as well. I don't overload the cart as the wheels don't want to turn easily but for the items I buy for a household of 2, it works great for me. I just load the cart, lock up my car, and wheel into the kitchen in one trip. It also comes with a nice durable cover, but I just keep it folded in the smaller cargo hold where I place my purse when wheeling into the house. Overall, I highly recommend. Seller was great with competitive pricing, quality merchandise, secure packaging, and prompt delivery.

Works Z expected. Quality is really good. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that the bag does not secure to the cart sides so it falls down inside the cart and has to be adjusted each use.

This has been a tremendous help getting our groceries up 3 flights of stairs in one trip. The turning wheels work great to go up the stairs and the cart folds flat to put away easily. We have used it many times and it’s been holding up great!

I received it but unfortunately it needs repair and I haven't used it yet. It has good wheels and is lighter and more spacious than other shopping carts I have had before. For me as a shopper I think it will be very good.
