So far, so good!I received my package promptly, but when I lifted the box, I was genuinely surprised by how heavy 🎸 it was—I actually worried I might need help bringing it inside!When I opened the box and started lifting the pillows out, I noticed they were packaged in a neat little case that included some extra shredded memory foam. I really like how thoughtfully everything was packed—still heavy, but clearly well-prepared and protected.After reviewing the instructions, I laid both pillows side by side on a bench at the foot of my bed to rest for 24 hours. I’m happy with how they look and feel—very plush, soft, and the color is nice. They’re generously sized and will easily fill my king-size pillowcases.A great added bonus: the vendor includes a sealable bag to store the extra shredded memory foam. You can customize your pillow by removing some from the pillow if it’s too firm or adding more if it’s too soft. ☁️ The outer cover is even machine-washable and dryer-safe (just don’t wash the memory foam—haha). 🤣The next morning, I couldn’t believe how much bigger the pillows were compared to the night before! I fluffed them up as directed and was thrilled to find that one side is noticeably cooler than the other. This is such a pleasant surprise—’cause let me tell ya, summers in Texas 🥵 are no joke, so this feature is an absolute lifesaver! I wish I had taken before-and-after pictures. Maybe next time—I’m pretty sure I’ll be getting more!Now I’m curled up in bed with my new pillows, writing this review—and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve already told my daughter-in-law about them and am secretly planning to send her a pair. Very comfortable well worth the price

Have these pillows a 4 star due to the smell. It has a slightly weird smell to it, but not to the point where I need to send it back. Other than that it perfectly fine and more comfortable than the other pillows I bought at Kohl’s.
