I was on hormone replacement therapy for years to keep the hot flashes at bay. I finally had to go off HRT for health reasons. I am 75 years old and have had severe hot flashes for 25 years. Its works well but the dose is low but if you take it regularly it works well for all the common symptoms of low estrogen. I havent really had any side effects which is a bonus.

From as far as I can tell they are working well. Amazon sold this item to me and delivered it swiftly.

It works and has balanced my emotions out extremely well, however it has an overpowering maple syrup smell and makes your body sweat smell like syrup too. I’d rather smell like Mrs Butterworth than be crying all the time though.
