Both the lids are not tight hence anytime the whole area can get splashed with the liquid inside I spite of holding the lid while running the mixer.

I was tempted to buy it because it is a Preethi product. But sadly, this Chefpro is a huge huge disappointment.Firstly, it makes lot of noise. Too loud. Painful.Secondly, the jar is not spill proof. Lot of material is being thrown out in all directions when it is in use. Painful.The dry jar needs at least 100 g of matter before it will Powder anything at all. So what do I do for smaller quantities. Painful.There are many more such observations. The top three should suffice.Preethi should stop the Manufacture and sale of this product in its range. It should actively recall all pieces from the customers and replace it. Otherwise, like I mentioned, it will sadly affect their customer base.

Noise level is high but it is unavoidable to any mill.It is an excellent machine, easy to handle, easy to clean. Not accompanied with unwanted accessories. I can vouch this machine is the best of kind in the world. I have used blenders made in Japan, Europe, America (120v), China etc., Earlier, in the 1980s, Sumeet was the best blender. Now Preethi is the king of kitchen. I may suggest the manufacturer to remove the tag “COMMERCIAL” on XPRO model. I purchased this machine for my home use. I already own a Preethi Zodiac with so many compulsory accessories. The accessories should be optional. The manufacturer should make the spares of all models of blenders (gaskets, couplers, jars etc) available on e-commerce store. It’ll be great if the manufacturer produce XPRO model in 120v for the Americas. I’m glad to say this XPRO blender has replaced my wet grinder.

Don't West your money to buy this yield product I'm purchasing 30 days ago now it's not working I'm trying to call customer care number but 2 no is not expected 1no, no one pick up the call after all I throw it in the garbage dirtiest product I have ever use

This is reportedly an amazing machine, but not harshly loud when considering its commercial use internal design. Initially, my wife was rather nervous about starting it even though the machine has a sleek and home-use appearance with a nice blue LED strip, excellent suction feet and all. The dosa batter and the coconut chutney she wanted to grind took just about a quarter of the time compared to the 750W Philips machine she was using for 14 years! The big smile she had when the task was done was testament of its awesome power, But the jars are not hands-free unlike the Philips machine which has an arm that locks on to the lid of the jar making it hands-free operation. This model is discontinued now. Delighted with this new machine. A third and smaller jar (200 to 300 ml) would have made this PERFECT says my wife.
