Fissler M5 Pro-Ply 5-ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan, 10 Inch

This stainless steel frying pan has quickly become my go-to cookware in fact, I prefer it over my all clad pans. The handle is actually pretty perfect and solid - it felt really comfortable especially for me because I have smaller wrists it was easier than I thought it would be to maneuver. The heat conductivity is outstanding, allowing me to cook with lower heat settings while still achieving perfect results. My great grandmother and grandmother always used to say, cook on slow and low and with love and you get the best results! One of the best tricks I’ve learned is the water test—I just sprinkle a few drops on the pan, and if they bead up and glide across the surface, I know it’s ready! Once preheated, I use high-smoke-point oils like avocado or grapeseed oil (which are actually healthier for you too). This kitchen hack works wonders for a smooth cooking experience and makes cleanup super simple. No hard scrubbing needed. What I love most is how well it sears food! If you let the food cook properly, it naturally releases from the pan, making flipping effortless and preventing sticking. Whether I’m cooking meats, vegetables, or even delicate fish, this pan delivers perfect results every time. I was pleasantly pleased with the results and the weight too, I was happy that it wasn't too heavy for me to maneuver especially when putting the leftovers away!

I have done absolutely EVERYTHING that the instructions said to do, as well as information on the website/internet, but I need help to do so. I have only used the skillet twice. The first time I cooked an egg, it stuck to the skillet. The second time was tonight. I cooked a burger, and this (the first picture) is what it looked like. I have been cooking FOREVER! I have been cooking for a long time and have never encountered what I am currently experiencing. I want a good skillet to fry in occasionally. This is NOT THE SKILLET, and for the price I paid for it, it is ridiculous! Needless to say I will be returning it.

Great pan. The handle is a little bulky if I wanted to complain about something.

I needed a new pan that was not ‘non-stick’. So far this is a great pan, it cooks well and is easy to clean. I don’t miss the non stick pans and this one should last forever.
