I just used them for the first time last night in a short rib recipe I got from Rombauer Vinyards. They taste great and the quality was superb.

Black Garlic is delicious!
I just used 4 of these cloves in a pot of greens I made today. The cloves have a sweet savory flavor. They taste delicious! I bought 2 packages and I'm pleased with the taste of this garlic that looks like chocolate funge and has a sticky feel that I love.
