The item is worth every penny. I have already used one tune of this product as I'm suffering from fissure whenever I feel it's hurting I apply it I immediately get relief after application. Works Like Magic!!!! Been suffering with fissure and fistula constant draining for the past 9 years. Started using this cream for 2 weeks regularly and the fistula has healed, the fissure is slowly healing and there's no more pain or discomfort. Highly Recommended ointment.
