Would this aid in breaking down a blocked toilet if left in the pan overnight?

This product is designed for septic tanks. Green Gobbler Main Line Drain Opener would be the best one to use. It's safe for toilets, all types of pipes & drain systems.

Can you use this on a soakaway? Our drains overflowed (now cleared) but some nastiness went down the patio soakaway next to it which now smells.

No is not for that use hydra RE-GEN is for drain fields it works.

Hello would this work in a ibc with a soak away system

I have no idea what an ibc is, but we have a septic tank that does have a soak away also. We used these for a time when we thought we may have had an issue but it was probably a blockage that was cleared after emptying, but we used these for a while to assist with the breakdown of waste in the tank, just to be on the safe side. You can just drop one in the tank directly or can be flushed down the toilet. Hope this helps

would this help unclog a toilet with a macerator? has anyone used it?

Not that I'm aware of. Only ever used a plunger for blocked toilet. Used green gobbler on a 2 to 3 monthly basis to benefit breakdown of waste in septic tank.
