The Last Party

I loved this book . Better than alot of books being released in this genre. Just ordered two more from this author.

Ordered the first one, corners all bent. Did an exchanged and the second book was even worse! The cover was worn, all 4 edges bent and page was bent right down the middle. I like my books crisp! Haha!

Torre is great at grabbing you from the beginning and taking you down a twisted road of suspense and surprises. I couldn’t put it down and enjoyed the ride to the end!

I’ve read two books from this author and liked them – A good lie and Every last secret. I thought this book was deeply disturbing and not in a “makes you think” thriller kind of way. I only got through 100 pages and thought the mother in the book (fantasizing about killing her daughter) was disgusting and made my stomach turn. Not my kind of thriller and I love a good mystery.
