It WORKS! This has every appearance, packaging and function of being an original Brother cartridge (there are so many counterfeits on the internet). I used it in my Brother HL-L6415DW printer. We had a huge print job to do and I got well into the use of this cartridge - It's supposed to do 18,000 pages and I got about that many on my 1st one from another vendor - number (TN920UXXL). I've also let these sit in the machine between large print jobs in a fairly humid area for about a year with no problems. The Brother printer has yet to jam or screw up a page - after over 20,000 double sided pieces of paper - I dare Lexmark to pull that off!

Great if you're using a desk printer for office printer loads. I'm not sure why Brother bothers with so many sizes (regular, XL, XXL, UXXL) but if you need big toner for your 920-running machines, this is it.

Prints fine but expensive! 5 stars for print quality but 3 stars for price. I buy genuine because i have had an aftermarket fail on my too many times and mess up my prior printers. The clean up and repair is not worth the cost savings in my opinion and experience.

Easy to install, works perfectly. No need to worry about generic brands damaging the printer.

Not sure why, but these are stupid expensive for what you are paring for... This is literally just a toner tank, no built infuser.... I wonder how hard they are to refill, because this cost is stupid high.

Amazon listing of printers that can use this cartridge is WRONG. Amazon product description states that cartridge #TN920UXXL (note "U" in cartridge #) will work for Brother printer MFC-L5710DW. It WILL NOT WORK in Brother Printer MFC-L5710DW, the printer software will not accept this toner cartridge. I had purchased this cartridge as a future replacement for my new printer. When I needed to install it, it was after the return period had expired. Even though Amazon had the wrong information listed for the cartridge, Amazon WOULD NOT ALLOW a return due to it being after the return period. I purchased the cartridge based upon Amazon's incorrect information, they should allow its return despite the passing of the return period. DO NOT RELY ON AMAZON'S PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, VERIFY FROM OTHER SOURCES, because Amazon will not stand behind their information.

I purchased a Brother toner cartridge TN920UXXL Ultra High Yield from Amazon and received it on March 10, 2025. On April 24, 2025 the initial toner cartridge in my recently purchased MFC5710DW printer ran out. I opened the new Ultra package and installed the cartridge in the printer, but to my surprise, I received a message stating that the cartridge was not compatible with my model, despite the box clearly indicating that it was. I looked for info on the internet and after several unsuccessful attempts I gave up. Needing to print urgent documents, I purchased the same type of toner in the XL model from Staples and installed it in the printer. I was relieved to find that the printer immediately recognized and used the new cartridge without issue. However, Amazon has refused to refund or replace the defective toner, stating that responsibility for the defect lies with the manufacturer. I had always understood that Amazon offered a 12-month warranty, but it now appears that they selectively apply this policy. I am now stuck with a defective cartridge but Amazon will loose another one of their loyal customers.
