This is for my 11 year old daughter. She says it helps a lot. I flipped through because i was curious about the book, and it was cool. It has different sections, like how you know when you should buy your first bra, getting peri0ds, etc. Good book for tweens and teens

My daughter and I are still going through this, but it's so good! Honestly many grown ups should read it too! It gives us great talking points.

Bought so my 9 yr old and I could read together so she can get more information on what to expect for puberty and also social relationships. She looks forward to us reading and discussing so she can ask questions about the changes she is soon to have in her life.

This is an excellent little book for tweens. My daughter is nine. She wanted a book to understand more clearly on things that are gonna happen during puberty what to expect and just wanted to make sure that she had a booklet to go to to answer questions that we would go through together. We do read this book together and she has just picked topics that she’s interested in. We do discuss these things openly because I want to have an open door communication with my daughter. She is very curious and well aware that her body will be making changes and understands the reason why her body will be making these changes as I am a very open door mother she has seen me change my menstrual cup several times it asked me about it. We have it discussed why a woman menstruates the reason for menstruation You know pregnancy we have discussed all types of content you know topics together and I think this is a great tool to have for young girls and A trusted Ed Adult to go through so they can understand and navigate these complicated things together being a Jenn or Mom to both Gen Alpha and my daughter who is nine I think it is excellent that we have open communication and discuss these things with our children as our parents never discuss these topics really with us.

My daughter seemed to like this book. While she may be a bit young for y. I think it’s something she can refer to and go back to for many years to come.

As a Pediatrician, I bought this for my daughter and I was thoroughly impressed. Very informative and in language that was appropriate for my 8 year old. Definitely have been telling my patients about it!
