The bed took forever to set up its a complete waste of time, The wood was very wook like it was straight out of a dumpster. The wood would crack and break whenever you tried to screw the screws in. The screws would not hold up and snapped in half when you tried to use them, The tools they gave you were impossible to use based on the position and situation the bed was in and the tools barley worked. The flat wood planks that you had to slide under the bed kept falling down and were impossible to connect. The wood planks you had to put on top for mattress support didn't have holes in them to screw them into place which had you making your own holes. The instructions had no words and its 3d images weren't clear so you had to figure out how to spread the planks on your own. There was no video to support you either. The manual showed parts and pieces that were not included which made no sense when trying to build it. and The bolt threads were not compatible with the wood that was given in the packaging.

This bed is perfect for what we wanted, storage and more storage!! Looks great and was easy to put together!

Horrible instructions, weak parts, bed itself isn’t particularly sturdy and they make it impossible to return by asking you to return it in its original box which is close to impossible based on how it’s packaged. Also the gas spring doesn’t hold the bed up without needing help. I’d skip this. In actually debating selling it or donating it and replacing it with something more sturdy.
