i am actually vaping with 3mg liquid, which patch should i start with?

I would get the 14mg patches and cut them in half and try the 7mg. You get twice as many for same prices and if your getting craves go back to 14mg. I’ve stopped for 4 months now starting on 21mg

I take lozenges (1mg) at work and use ecig (3mg) the rest of the time, never used patches, which step do you recommend?

21mg is for people who smokes between 10-20 real cigarettes a day, 14mg for 5-10 and 7mg for less than 5 a day. Need to google strength of average cigarette for the mg of nicotine.

Why are your step 3 patches so much more expensive than the step 1 & 2?!?!

I don't know specifically but I've noticed that 7mg patches are also less readily available in the shops. So it may be that there's less demand for them? That's my guess. I am no longer wearing patches, but I found my GP was happy to write me a month's prescription, which was £9-something for four packets!!

Not water resistant as stated

The one thing I'm disappointed with, is that it is not remotely water resistant as stated. I wasn't expecting to be able to swim in it, but certainly have a shower. Every time it falls off!Has provided adequate levels of nicotine though.

This product is great, I finally quit for good!Smoker for more than 20 year, willing to quit but not to go through madness and kill my partner. These help me a lot with my mood and craving. Adhesion is not good, but if you're determined to stop just use surgical tape. It keepa the patch securely seated so it does the job.I am now on 7mg and 2 months without a single drag, I feel much better, I have way more energy and don't get out of breath walking up a big hill never mind the stairs.Do it you will feel so much better in yourself, you will look better, smell better and most if all you will be rich lol - good luck x
