These are good cotton sweat liners and 20 of them is a great deal. It's helped to keep the area under the breasts dry, where I have a rash from sweating during workouts. But these are not so good for workouts, they wind up saturated. I prefer the cloth ones for workouts and these for all other times. I tossed them into a mesh garment bag and hung them on a hanger afterwards (no dryer) and there was no shrinkage! They air dry fast. Medium is the best size for most women.

I considered these for a while before purchasing since I could use strips of fabric or whatever, but I decided to try them out and I'm really pleases. They are so soft and they only get softer with washing. They will shrink some so be warned. They work exactly as they should, they're super absorbant, they are a great length for many different shapes and sizes, and the width is pretty perfect. They can be a pain to get into place just right but I rarely have to adjust anything through the day. I looked for a solution for a long time. Nothing is perfect but these have helped keep me dry. My skin loves me and overall I'm more comfortable. Definitely a useful purchase.

Amazon recommend size L for me, so I just ordered them - but they were too big. They do shrink some when washed, but they're still too big. I think the fact that they're too long keeps them from staying in place well for me. I recommend that you actually use a tape measure to ensure you purchase the right size. Otherwise they are soft and functional.

I am very happy with these. They kept my underbelly dry and are nice and soft. Definitely order smaller than you might think.
