I'm nurse who works on a ward and these are the patches we use on patients. I bought these because I know the stick very well, adhesion is better than the clear ones, they're visible and more or less stay for a full 24 hours. I stuck mine on my hip so that it can be discreet for when I'm at the gym and wearing my sleeveless tops. Started my quit smoking journey, I know a nurse who smokes but I was a smoker long before being a nurse. 19 years of smoking coming to an end. I'm using this alongside a vape and lozenges, and the lozenges taste awful lol. But better than smelling of smoke and having those chemicals in my body. As I've smoked no more than 15, and usually 10 in a day, I started with step 2. I hopefully quit the habit. Edit: 2 weeks smoke free now. So the way I combat that is to put it on before I cream my body and make sure I warm it up in my hands, by rubbing them together, to get the adhesion warm. Another way is to use medical tape, like transpore or micropore to stick it down at the edges. You can shower with this on, I tend to shower in 38-40°C water and it lasts.

I find these patches really useful. I started vaping to stop smoking and would now like to stop vaping. I find that they stop my cravings for my vape. I got a little ache in my arm with the very first patch I used but nothing since. It sticks well and stayed on in the shower. Much cheaper than vaping or smoking. Would recommend.
