I bought the single cup for my partner and it arrived quickly. She was very happy with the performance until the motor apparently failed after just a few weeks of use. She contacted the manufacturer via the email provided on the instruction booklet and received a prompt response. It was established that the motor was faulty and a replacement was dispatched. Very happy with the product and exceptional customer service.

I have used this breast pump now between 4 and 5 times per day for one month. It has been amazing at first and I would say after speaking to other pumpers who have a lot more expensive pumps this initially seemed to rival those and I had a great output. However over the last few days I am having problems with the suction whereby I keep losing suction and constantly have to re jiggle and hold on my chest and will have to hold down the button part of the pump on to the suction cup as this keeps coming loose. Not ideal when you pump to keep your baby fed and now have the worry of not being able to pump in case this does completely fail.

Very impressed with this product. Comes with everything needed including various flanges and a sizing sheet. Suction is good and multiple modes to simulate sucking etc. Have recommended to a number of friends. Battery does only last 2 pumps but i tend to power pump for 30 mins plus so would last longer if pumps were shorter.

Everything was perfect, it was doing his job. Easy to use easy to clean... but I bought it on the 10th November...and today is not working anymore. 😕

Its good for its price

Disappointing. Used only twice and it leaks even know everything is together correctly. Very loud so not discreet at all like it says in ad. Battery dies very quickly. Pick another pump or pay the extra for a known brand. Wish I listened to the other bad reviews before buying

The pump worked for a period of time but has now stopped working! I’ve only had it for a couple of months and probably used it 15-20 times. Trying to figure out a way of getting in contact with this company for a replacement but it’s not very easy! Shocking.

I had to write a review for this product as I rarely write reviews and having had issues with my baby’s weight gain, I was pushed to pumping at the start of my breastfeeding journey via renting the Medela Hospital Pump (almost mentioned in these reviews by another mum) followed by my own Medela double “wearable” but actually not pump with a bit of manual pumping and hand expressing in between and this pump is by far the best I’ve tried. For 15 mins on each breast, I’m getting proper feeds and freezer stash size volumes from this pump! I also don’t feel I have to hunch over or sit down to do it. It’s really nifty and comes with a nipple measurement tool so you know you are using the right size flange (also comes with other flanges, something other pumps do not!). My baby is 6 months and I’m starting to introduce more formula and pump to build up a stash before I cut BF altogether and honestly, wish I’d bought this earlier! Highly recommend!
