These Nicotine patches are the Bomb! I am not a smoker. I use these patches for improving my health. I watched a video by a really cool doctor who recommended cutting a 21 mg patch into 6 equal pieces. Which works out to 3.5 mg per day. I got such good results that I gradually increased the dosage to 5 mg and am currently using half a patch which is 10.5 mg of Nicotine. I have had Leaky Gut/ Leaky Brain syndrome since childhood. I am now retired. I bought an EXCELLENT product designed to balance the bacteria in my stomach. I got amazing results, but I was experiencing extreme fatigue, ( and unavoidablr by-product of the detoxification process). When I finally got up to using half a patch, my energy levels are almost back to what most people might consider, normal. I can function after a fashion. I am still detoxing at the maximum rate for my body, but I can feel improvement EVERY DAY!. My immune system is under siege. Much like when one is on an anti-biotic! The difference is the transdermal Nicotine is easily absorbed WITHOUT KILLING OFF THE GOOD BACTERIA!!! I your digestive system. I only recently became aware of the healing properties of Nicotine, so I am glad I have this platform to share my experience. The only drawback to the Nicotine patches is I am allergic to adhesive.🙃😵‍💫 The constant itching is a small price to pay for all the benefits I am receiving.

Like the fact can split the patch into two. After applying the area became slightly irritated and itchy. But after ignoring it dont notice its there now

I believe these are, or could be effective however, for some reason they never fully stay adhered to my upper arm. There's always a partial part of the patch that loosens off as the hours go on. I have heavy duties & use my arms excessively during work and at times perspire, so it may not have anything to do with the patch. I'm going to attempt these again by using an alcohol wipe first, let it dry & apply the patch. If that doesn't work, I'll add a wide band-aid over the top of the patch. I'll probably try a different area of my body also. ~ I'll report back if any of these methods resolved my issue. >> I believe these are a good product as they have the same initial feeling (tingle, warmth) as any other nicotine patch. ~This is a "it's me, not you" kind of review :)

First of all, I actually quit vaping with a combination of these patches and a chantix prescription. You'd think the chantix alone would be enough but these little things saved my life. Prior to finding these I was using the Nicoderm ones and they were double the price. These patches are far superior because 1)you can actually get the package open. One thing about smoking cessation products is - they can't cause extra irritation. Those other brands make you use scissors to open them and when you're crashing out in the morning after no nicotine, well it's enough to make you smoke again. 2) these suckers stay on. With the name brand ones I was buying extra large bandaids to put over them just to make them stick. This one is insane, I SHOWER WITH THEM ON and they still don't come off. Idk how they do it. 3) last and not least (please don't raise the price) THE PRICE! The name brand price doubled for me one day on a subscribe and save, they wanted 50$ for the same size pack. That's what made me try these. I'm SO glad I did. I don't think I would have quit smoking if not for these functioning, not irritating, stick forever patches. If you want them, please get them! You can do it!!!
