This has worked for me !!! Before and after photos. The first photo taken 5th October 2025 and the second photo taken 22nd December 2025 It's not a quick fix so be patient. I use it sparingly morning and evening. It's taken me one whole tube to achieve these results so far. I'm delighted to have my melasma significantly faded. The cream is odourless and I felt a small tingling sensation when applied. It has a high percentage of 20% Azelaic acid so may not be suitable for sensitive skin

Works surprisingly well just takes some time

Bought this to help with a skin flare up and it’s worked a treat. Rich and soothing whilst doing is job.

My son had big blackheads on his nose, they were awful looking so first I got tools to tweeze and tease them out, but it wasn't very effective and he wouldn't tolerate it so thought I'd try this. It's hugely improved his skin, no more awful looking big blackheads. With more consistent use, his skin would probably be clear, but it's much better with light use as it is. I only use a little so still have loads left 6 months later.

I bought this to deal with my rosacea prone, sensitive skin. Recently I had started getting larger pores and pimples which may have been for a variety of reasons. So I did some research on active ingredients and Azelaic Acid and Niacinamide were some of the top ingredients for me. I wanted something with a higher concentration. I am not going to lie it does tingle slightly, it is however bearable, if you layer it correctly. For me the AHA and BHA serums/creams you leaver on really burn, so I now stay away from them. In the past I was using 12% PHAs which worked, but I found it wasn’t strong enough for me anymore, so I thought this would be a natural move up. To combat the tinkling I put this on first, let it dry and then do a hylauronic acid, followed by a richer cream with prebiotic peptides to help with barrier protection. My skin is noticeable less red, my pores are definitely getting smaller and less noticeable. I did also try it with the hylauronic acid first, followed by this cream - which resulted in a lot less tingling, but I was concerned I wasn’t getting the true benefit. So I swopped back to their suggested layering. If you have sensitive skin, make sure you use barrier protecting and hydrating products as part of your layering. I am not a fan of tons of layering. At most I usually do face wash, serum and cream. But, with this I feel I need the extra hydrating products. This will 100% be part of my skincare regime.

The cream is quite nice! It has a light consistency, absorbs easily, and leaves my skin feeling well-hydrated. I’ve been using it at night, and it works well without causing any irritation. So far, I’m happy with it. Would definitely consider repurchasing.

This cream increased redness from my rosacea instead of decreasing it. it also stings like hell. Not just useless but harmful. Can't even use it as a soothing cream.

Franchement ce produit est efficace. J’avais des phares au visage suite à l’utilisation d’une mauvaise crème du visage qui m’a laissé des tâches que je traîne depuis plus de 3ans. Avec ce produit les taches sont moins visibles voir en voie de disparition totale. Ça picote un peu au vu du pourcentage d’acide azélaique (vous pouvez stopper l’utilisation pour deux jours et reprendre l’utilisation et aussi ajouter de l’aloès vera). Si vous avez une peau sensible, je vous conseille un autre dispo sur Amazon (produit français) avec moins de pourcentage qui est aussi efficace et traite en douceur. Je ne peux que le recommander pour les tâches coriaces.

Il prodotto sembra buono. Purtroppo io soffro di rosacea vascolare ed ho notato arrossamenti con questa crema al acido azelaico che non ho avuto con altri marchi con 10% ci acido azelaico. Sconsigliato per chi soffre di rosacea. Buono per chi ha solamente pelle secca e sensibile.

Non so quanto tempo ci voglia perché faccia effetto...la sto usando da 4 gg e ancora non vedo niente. E' comunque idratante.

Ho acquistato la crema da circa 10 giorni. Le macchie incominciano a schiarirsi. Quando la metto, la sensazione è lievemente di pizzicorio, ma passa subito. Consiglio di mettere poi una crema con schermo solare x il giorno.
