I suffer from Big Toe Joint pain in both feet, but especially in my right foot. This is a result of the connective tissue being worn away between the toe joints, leading to bone on bone friction. At the suggestion of my orthopedist last year, I bought one carbon fiber insert (another seller through Amazon with a product called Onujo fiber insole) to put into my right shoe, so that my right foot toes don't bend when walking. It did the trick. The insert took the pressure off my right toe, because it stayed stable, so almost no pain. I did need a soft insert (e.g., like a Dr. Scholl's gel insert) over the carbon fiber insert because I needed some padding to protect my heel and sole from the carbon fiber's hard surface. I felt sometimes on my right foot that I was walking like Frankenstein, just plopping my foot down, because the foot didn't bend when it hit the ground.Unfortunately, the pain got so bad this year that I had surgery to fuse my Big Toe. Now it really doesn't bend at all, so no friction and no pain, and the carbon fiber insert keeps my right foot flat.Since my left Big Toe pain is now getting worse, I decided to get another carbon fiber insert to see if that would help me postpone surgery for that foot.I went with this vendor because I got two inserts compared to the price of the one I bought last year. So far, so good. These inserts appear to be identical in every way except for the price, and hopefully they keep me walking and pain-free for a good, long time.

Amazing way to walk with normal shoes when your broken foot is still healing. I was able to put these inserts in most of my shoes but not all of them. The ones they fit in they worked great and gave me the ability to work outside and do chores and go out to dinner and work functions without wearing my boot or being in pain. They are livery firm and do not flex keeping your foot supported and stable for extended healing.

This is a good product. I really like the foam inserts. My Ortho doctor recommended carbon fiber inserts after my foot surgery to keep foot from bending until completely fused.

I have foot problems and my Podiatrist, suggested that I purchase Carbon Fiber Insoles! The product fits snuggling in my shoes , it has taken around 2 weeks but my feet feel so much better! They are supported and the insoles are firm giving my feet a sturdy base . I recommend giving them a shot for healthier feet!

I wear a women's size 9 shoe. I ordered this product in the size recommended for women's size 9 to 9.5. It is too big to fit in any of my shoes. And you cannot cut carbon fiber. I will have to return this item.

Great product. Helps the pressure hit differently on my feet and relieves the pain on my big toe. All i expected was the carbon fiber part that fit my shoes perfect but it also comes with a simple insert for on top of the carbon fiber. It itsn't the greatest quality but for the price it is a perfect package deal.Thanks
