I bought this product in July 2025 and have been using it for the past 2 months. The product quality, including its finishing, is top notch. In fact, as can be seen in the attached videos and photos, the product fit my need so perfectly that I recently bought the same Monitor Arm for my iPad Air (13 inch) as well. It allows for easy rotation, swivel and revolution about all its moving parts. I've used it in all its positions - be it for normal usage while coding, reading a book while standing up and walking across the room, in portrait and landscape mode etc. The height adjustment - as well as all the other adjustments - are very easy. At the same time, it feels really sturdy, and not once have I felt my monitor to be at all wobbly or anything of the sort. If I have to point out a con, it would be Cable management. Cable management really seems to be an afterthought for the product manufacturers. It is just for marketing purposes, and is unusable in its current form.

This is a good product. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. As soon as I purchased this Item, I was having second thoughts as to whether I made a bad purchase, I was thinking maybe I should've gone with expensive options (expensive=better logic) but when these arrived they were of actually decent quality and they do their job quite well. You won't be disappointed with this purchase, at least I wasn't. I have a 27 inch 2k 240hz monitor and a 1080p 165hz, it supports both of them quite well. Can't ask for more, it's easy to adjust, at first when I installed my monitor they were wobbly, but as soon as I played around with the screws and stuff, it became sturdy. However there's one thing: the name says it has 10kg weight capacity, but on the box, it says the weight capacity per screen is 2-9 kgs. Similarly, the screen size it claims in its name is 13-32" but on the box it's written that it supports screen size 17" 32" . It comes with a fairly easy to comprehend instruction manual as well. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this, it's a good quality for the price monitor arm which doesn't break your bank.

recently I bought two silver alloy monitor arms....the arms are very good at this price point.... can be used for light weight to medium weight monitors easily, it is good for what it is, fairly sturdy with all the tilt adjustments working fine. i am using it for my BenQ ex251 monitor which weighs 3.6kgs without stand so the arms weight capacity is also fine. The fit and finish is also attractive it looks premium. Instruction manual is also adequately descriptive .....but the thing is out of the two monitor arms one was defective (the gas spring tension adjustment screw was defective) so i raised a return refund claim for one arm.....the next day the return item was picked up and to my surprise on the same day evening the refund was also done no questions asked......so products can go wrong but this prompt action by the seller and amazon is what matters.....i will certainly buy again from jin office through amazon....highly recommended seller. The gas spring arm was very easy to set up for my desk. It comes with clear instructions to set it up in both vesa and grommet mount. It handles my 34 inch ultrawide monitor pretty well. It is very smooth to operate. After a month review no issues so far
