Powerful preworkout....tastes pretty decent. Not too intense on flavor. Watermelon is good also.

If you could get past the taste, it’s a good product. My husband and I can’t hardly get it down without gagging.

I took this pre‑workout before a leg day and felt the difference — the blend of 300 mg caffeine with TeaCrine® and Dynamine® gave a strong kick, and the added creatine + beta‑alanine combo kept my sets sharp and my fatigue lower than normal. The flavor “Frozen Bombsicle” went down smooth (considering how intense the mix is) and the pump was legit. On the flip side: this one’s heavy‑duty — if you’re new to pre‑workouts or sensitive to caffeine you’ll want to half‑serve. All in all, great for those “go‑all‑out” workout days.

C4 has been one of my favorite pre-workouts for sometime. This Ultimate Strength pre-workout takes it to another level, especially if you have adjusted to other pre-workouts and you intake a lot of caffeine. This has very good flavor, disolved quickly in cold water, and is very easy to down 20/30min before your workout. It has 300mg of caffeine which is equivilant to two cups of coffee if not more. I find this to hit pretty quickly, I do get some tingly sensations, but it lasts a solid hour or so of workingout. It's not just a pump but it gives good focus and concentration for your workout sessions.

I am someone who relies heavily upon various supplements to assist with my fitness goals. One thing that is an absolute must for me is a good pre-workout powder. Without taking one it’s really hard to get through my workouts with any type of quality. I have tried dozens and dozens of brands over the years, but I continue to search for better ones. When I came across this one, it was obviously a reputable company that most people have heard of and I liked the claims that it made so I went ahead and placed an order for it. Once it arrived, I started using it the following morning. Overall, I feel that it is quite good. The taste, however, is not so great. A very chemical taste that I don’t really like. It mixes pretty good in my water, but it did leave a bit of residue on the bottom of the glass. It did work pretty well though. After about 20 minutes, it kicked in and it seemed to sustain energy for about 1.5 hours or so. There was no crash afterwards, which I really liked as well. As far as the price point, I think it is a little bit on the higher end for what you actually receive. I have paid less for pre-workout powders of equal quality so I’m taking a star off due to that reason. But overall, you can never go wrong with this brand and they do put out quality items are also on the higher end, which is nice. So if you have the little bit of extra money to put towards your pre-workout, I recommend giving this a try. It may do the trick for you. I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

The seal around the container was not properly glued because half of the seal was not sealed I’m sure it was a manufacturer error I hate to think that somebody did it purposely

I probably have a dozen different PWO products in my supplement cabinet right now, as I like to cycle through different formulations to keep my body from adapting too much. After trying so many different PWOs, I definitely have my winners and losers and unfortunately, this Cellular C4 in Frozen Bombsicle falls into the loser category. Here is why: -Taste: While it isn't the most important factor in a PWO, there are plenty of great products that taste good too. This Frozen Bonbsicle flavor is pretty bad. And I know what it is sup[posed to taste like as I have had Cellucors C4 Energy drinks in this flavor many times - and I really like that flavor. It is nothing like the flavor of this C4 PWO, which has a ok taste at first that degrades with a very bad lingering aftertaste. -Includes ACE-K, Sucralose, and artificial flavors. -Price is really high - $3 per serving is really expensive for a PWO. -Doesn't mix that well, leaving a cloudy look even after shaking for a long time. And it settles out in a few minutes, forcing you to repeat shaking. -Caffeine level is really high, at 300mg per serving. (this isn't really that unusual for many PWOs today, but it is still higher than necessary. With all that said, this product does work. The two times I tried it, I got a good pump, good energy level, and overall high level of focus and drive for my workout. So if you can get past the multitude of negatives I mentioned, you won't be disappointed with the effectiveness. However, there are plenty of other options out there that are just as effective, and don't have the drawbacks that come with this one. I am actually planning to toss the remaining 18 servings left in this tub as I don't believe I would ever choose to use it again. If the taste was decent, I would stick with it, but that one issue alone is a showstopper for me.

i've been working out for 12 yrs, and taken triple that of different pre-workouts. C4 is my go to when i have to buy something on the road, or where i can't keep a few to go between. i like how easy this mixed with water. easy to enjoy the flavor, and didn't get overly amped while working out. there is a lot of stim in it, but considering the price and desire for this particular line, you're one already lined up to take this much like i am and the benefits are directly connected with the cost/quality, so i consider this a win in my books!
