6 inches, buy from Hawaii is better the Asia, I not to lucky with the one I buy from Asia all of them die,

Can you grow indoors without sunlight? (Just through winter?) or is there an artificial form of sunlight that would suffice?

Yes but you will need a good grow lamp fixture. I've had success growing them during the winter with a 4', 4 lamp florescent fixture with the right lamps. Check on Ebay. They are not that expensive.

Does this come in a pot.what soil do I use to plant it in a pot with? I’m going to keep it in a pot

This does not come in a pot, nor does it have soil. It is a cutting. The instructions will tell you is preferred soil. I believe it is something that drains well. Caution to watering it only once a week.

Did anyone's grow & bloom?

Yes, mine has grown into a beautiful plant but there won't be blooms for a long time ( plumeria have to be adult to bloom ) so I have to be patient and wait but it's worth waiting for . The plant I received was a good healthy one and started growing quickly.
