I drink one every day, it helps the cravings of food. I fill up my canister with ice and one packet water and I just keep filling it up with water all day long, so I make sure I drink plenty of water by the end of the day it’s nothing but water. The flavoring is all gone, but it’s still good for me and it’s still a wonderful juice. It doesn’t give me the jitters, but it has just enough caffeine in it.

I have been on a hunt for something that can actually suppress my appetite and help me stop overwhelming cravings! I gave this product a shot and I am thrilled with the results! They actually do help with appetite control, they work very well and I would recommend this product highly. I have been using them since Friday and it is now Tuesday and I couldn't be more happier! The taste is amazing, very very good! I take it twice a day, once in mid morning, one in mid afternoon and they work very very well. The delivery was super fast, came next day and the package was in very good shape. I love that they are in individual servings to easily carry with me in my lunch bag or purse! I am very pleased with this product!!

Too sweet

I've been drinking these for a while, but recently decided to buy them from Amazon instead of the trimstik company. However, 3 of the sticks were not powder at all, but rather, had gotten hard as a rock somehow and wouldn't come out of the package. Had to throw them away. It's an expensive product to be wasting, so I was disappointed and a little concerned about where the stiks had been!

I am quite disappointed with this product, especially given the high price for a supplement. This is meant to boost metabolism, enhance energy, and suppress appetite, however, it does not do any of those things. It accomplishes quite the opposite. It makes me want to eat and nap instead.The flavor is excellent, however, little sweet, thus extra water might be used if the taste is too sweet for you. This appears to be more of a "if you think it's working, it is.." type of item, which I do not believe. I definitely won't buy it again. I ordered it because I kept seeing this "pink" drink on social media, but it was not that drink at all.
