This is delicious. You only need 2 tablespoons, and add 6 or 8 ounces of water to it. I got this because it helps my breathing and immune system. I would highly recommend this to anyone to try - I think your system would improve in perhaps several different ways.

Tart cherry juice is supposed to provide several health benefits, including improved sleep, from what I’ve read. However, if you love anything cherry, get this for the taste! I mix it one ounce of cherry juice concentrate and five ounces of apple juice to make a delicious breakfast beverage.

Great product. Easier than fighting to find it in the stores. Actually, we cannot find the CONCENTRATE in stores anymore. They try to force you to buy already bottled for more money.

I drink a lot of tart cherry juice because my doctor said it would help prevent gout flares and eliminate long-term prescription medicine use. Recently, I tried this instead of my usual brand, and it is much more concentrated and makes a great drink.

I used to be able to buy cherry juice concentrate in a little natural foods store, then I moved and couldn't find it anywhere. This is a different brand than I used to buy, but it is every bit as good and a similar price. I add this to ice water (sparkling or still) for a refreshing drink any time of the day. Cherry juice helps with sleep (it contains something that helps your body produce melatonin) so I usually have a spoonful before bedtime. It tastes wonderfully like fresh cherries, and is very good drizzled over vanilla ice cream too :)

If you are looking for tart cherry concentrate, you just found it. I use this after long endurance workouts because of the amount of potassium in it. I blend it with some protein powder, frozen fruit and almond milk. Really adds a nice punch to the smoothie.
