To purchase this item was one of my poorest decisions. The packaging put me on alert. The seal was rolled up in a ball & had no fitting instructions. It was virtually impossible to fit (which should have been a simple task). I was so annoyed I binned it & ordered a replacement from Neff which I should have done at the beginning. Not happy & out of pocket. I missed the opportunity to return the item. A lesson learned!!Vincent Roughan

Your require assistance of a second person to fit this product to the freezer door, it needs a lot of effort and manipulation to fit the freezer door gasket. Once fitted it takes a while to set in position to be effective. Still a working progress.

Item was correct size and arrived earlier than expected, when we got it it was folded up and very difficult to get into the door, 3 days later we received a message from the seller telling us how to install the item , would have been better to have instructions on paper with the item , this would have saved us a lot of frustration trying to fit it

The fit was perfect , took a little while to get the seal to keep the door shut used the hairdryer as suggested and worked perfectly!

Disappointed, Hight and width were correct. Depth size to small unable to seal doors even with door adjustment, could not use and scrapped

Didn’t fit although I checked the compatibility
