Just received this yesterday. I charged it up all the way before putting my phone in the case. I’ve had my phone in the fully charged case all day and my phone is down to 10% now and I can’t get the case to charge it. I’ve tried holding the case power button in for 3, 5, even 10 seconds and nothing. I’ve tried over and over and nothing. The blue lights on. Ack indicate it has a full charge. I’ve also plugged the case in to power with the charging cable and it says it will give phone charge priority but it's not charging my phone so I need to take the case completely off to charge my phone with the cable.What a waste of time now I have to return this one and find a better one.
