Excellent quality and PERFECT size for walking workouts!I own the larger ones for pilates and strength workouts and they're excellent as well. However, the length made me nervous to use them for walking workouts.For those of you who do walking workouts, especially Leslie Sansone, these are the perfect length for them. They're sturdy and their is no risk of tripping over them

exactly what I needed to do PT at home. recovering from a total knee replacement revision & at an odd point in recovery between in-home therapy & stable enough to drive myself to outpatient therapy. starting small with minimal resistance & able to move up to more resistance comfortably & at my own pace. very pleased. higher quality than bands supplied by PT (they don't stick together).

The quality was a lot better than I expected very thick but I am very weak and it's just too strong for me to use

Three months after I got the bands I had worked my way up from yellow to green, and the first use it snapped. Darn.
