Made Keto Simple for My Parents
I got this book for my parents who wanted to try keto but weren’t sure where to begin. It breaks everything down in a way that’s easy to follow, without being overwhelming. The meal plan helped them stay on track, and the recipes are actually ones they enjoy making. They also liked that it included light exercises geared toward their needs. It’s been a great guide for helping them feel more confident about this lifestyle change.

Well written easy read
A great place to start your keto journey

Disappointing
I found this book to be very disappointing. It has all these interesting recipes but not one of them tells you how many carbs per serving. They have something called Kcals. What a Kcal is I have no idea. I have been on the keto diet for 4 months now and I count carbs not something I have no clue about. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Good book
This book has a ton on information and also color photos for each recipe which I always appreciate in a cook book.

This is a very informative book on many of the important aspects of all around health for seniors focusing specifically on the Keto diet. There is nutritional information, exercises, many recipes with photos and day by day eating plan. Overall it’s a good resource
