Well packaged
I am a very amateur crafter who likes to dabble and try new things. This machine is fantastic though I have not had chance to use all the attachments yet. It’s everything a crafter would need to cut, laser, etch and print all in one manageable machine. The opportunity to experiment and make wonderful crafts is only limited by your own imagination. My imagination is not so good so I stick mostly to the designs available and there are hundreds of them. (A big thank you to those who do have the imagination and upload them which lets me use their designs and ideas.) The machine has endless possibilities for other attachments that I am sure XTOOL will be bringing out. The price I paid reflects all the ingenuity and work that went into putting all the separate functions together. I look forward to dabbling big time when the weather gets warmer and I can use the craft space I have in the conservatory.

Doesn't do all the things this blurb suggests
Dragged together my pennies for what seemed like an impressive machine. I particularly wanted it to engrave copper and silver before enamelling them. I also fancied doing a bit of glass etching. It's very good at many things. What it's not good at is engraving metal or etching glass. Haven't been able to make a mark. I contacted xTool and got this reply - 'the laser's wavelength and power are not suitable for etching metals or glass.' This after this site keeps mentioning engraving and effective on practically all materials. xTool's own site even say this machine is ideal for etching glass. One big con. I'm very displeased.Update. After a lot of faffing around and scouring the internet - (replies from xTools all came from a contradictory AI bot due to a week of Chinese public holidays!) - I've managed to etch glass. Still doesn't engrave copper though.
