The image clarity is excellent and the pieces are cleanly cut. I've purchased puzzles that have missing pieces, but Clementoni always delivers a beautiful puzzle.

Premium quality puzzle
We have been doing quite a few puzzles during quarantine and have learned that many puzzles available are of VERY questionable quality. This puzzle is definitely not one of them! The prices drop into place, are sturdy, and have a lovely textured finish that makes them perfect for framing (if that is your thing). I wish it included a "poster" like the Buffalo Puzzles do but everything else is perfect.

Four missing pieces
Working on a puzzle and not being able to finish because there are four pieces missing is very frustrating. We opened the box and worked on it all in one sitting.

MISSING ONE PIECE
Super upset. I have almost completed the puzzle and it is missing a piece. No joke, I put puzzles together all of the time and it is legitimately missing a piece. Worst part is, there is an option to get replacement pieces but only in certain countries.... US not being one of them. What a dissappointment and a waste of money.

Muy lindo y de buena calidad pero le faltaba una pieza del costado. Me comunique con la atención al cliente y me dieron las indicaciones para reemplazarlo, pero en vista de que era mas trabajo del que pensaba (Enviar a través de correos una carta con el código de barras del rompecabezas + el numero de caso de la incidencia), decidí comprarle un marco un poco mas chico ocultando la pieza perdida. Quedo hermoso y no se nota pero espero no se vuelva a repetir.

My wife loves puzzles and I've started to buy her puzzles of places we have visited together. Venice was a particular highlight of a European trip we took 10+ years ago. Well made and fun to put together.
