Q: What are the ingredients?

Arnica is the only ingredient that I am familiar with. It has others like magnesium sulfate maltodextrin.

Q: how many uses per bottle? or do you dump the whole bottle in?

Multiple uses. I add a couple cap fills at a time. I would guess (never actually stopped to figure it ou) that I get 40 or so uses per bottle.
