Have used a few different times one recently on a coworker at a new home construction site where an 18-year-old kid was using a knife improperly and stabbed himself in the leg. And nicked an artery, he was bleeding very badly. I packed the wound with the quick clot and applied a tourniquet, and the bleeding had stopped completely.By the time e m t's arrived, everybody should have a pack of quick clot and a tourniquet. The ER doctor told him considering how long the EMT's took to get there that it could have been way worse. Possibly it's fatal, if the bleeding would not have been stopped, that says everything about this product
