I wanted this supplement for my child who is a picky eater. There is a dosage for 4 year olds to adults. So, I tried it too. Although it is infused with carrot extract, the taste is quite nice! The supplement is a gummy, easy to chew and does not stick to the teeth. It also has bromelain, vitamin B12, and zinc and these are important in our diet. Only a small amount of water is taken with it, just a sip. Then there is a waiting period of at least 20 minutes before consuming a meal. We have taken the supplements before dinner, and I have noticed that more food is consumed at dinner time. I provide lots of veggies, so we intentionally eat those first!

These gummys were great for both children and adults. I was happy to discover that they didn’t really taste like carrots, which made me happy as I’m not a big fan. I felt like it had more of a tropical taste. But whatever taste it was, it was delicious. Low in sugar, which of course Parents like. And kids are a fan of the fun circular shape. Easy to chew and easy to swallow and increases appetite. Also includes zinc and vitamin B12. Serving size is two gummy‘s so this bottle will last you one month.
