Heavy duty wall bike mount
Very sturdy and well made. Super easy to install. Fits 2.8inch MTB tire. Adjustable for tire diameter. No issues with MTB mud guard. Most important: half the price of Steadyrack.

Perfect for saving space
We have a couple of bicycles that need to be in the house instead of out in the garage, but they were taking over my home office. I really love these bike mounts. They hold the tires so I’m not afraid of their being damaged to the rims. I love that I can swing them out of the way when I need to get into my little cabinet. They were easy to install once I made sure I knew where the stud was, and they are very strong. I really like the way the bikes are hanging up, also.

Great swivel mounts that fit 29ers down to 20" wheels
If you're looking to make room by hanging your bikes on the wall, these bike hanging swivel wall mounts are exactly what you need! The mounts fit all of our bikes - 29, 26, 24, and 20 inch wheels. The mounts support the weight of our 29er emtb (e-bike) as well. They are easy to adjust and swivel so the bikes take up less room. I staggered the mounts high and low to make them lay flatter and that seemed to work really well. Now time to finish the shed! I just bought another pair to hold a few more bikes. I'm very happy with the quality, ease of install - they include lag bolts for a more secure mount to the wall, and the fact they fit all of our bike sizes.

It is good and functional but could have been better
good, sturdy and functional. It is easy to mount and unmount bicycle on the hanger. I like the idea of having a sturdy metal slot where the front tire rests on and it does not put any load on the rim. overall I like it but it is not exactly as I wanted as this hanger to function since the bulk of the hanger cost you some space because the mount has an inch or two further out from the wall so a bike would be pushed a little forward. So you have to make sure this would not be problem where you want to install it. I had to move it another wall just because this. it does not swing as much as other low profile hangers could do. so you would loose a little more space because of this limitation. the max turning angle seems just a few degrees less than the others but in real world application it is significant difference. again if you have significant space constraint this is also something you need to consider. installation is straight forward. I wish the bottom piece was also made with a better quality and sturdy plastic or rubber . It is as same as the cheaper flimsy version of the hanger and it does not feel good quality piece. But it gets the job done. overall it is a good product.

Not the best, but they work great for the price.
I bought 6 of these and spaced them 10” to 14” apart on the garage wall and they work well enough. They appear to be built strong enough, decent quality. I’m hanging BmX bikes, a beach cruiser, and some mountain bikes. The space that the wheels sink into is where you might run into some issues. A bike with smaller or thinner wheels/Tires don’t fit very snug which results in the bike hanging with the wheel turned slightly and loose. I remedied this by adding some foam padding inside the rack so the wheels/tires are snug. I also used stronger lag bolts to secure the racks. I plan to buy a few more of these. For the price, these are pretty great, you might just need to modify them a tad. I gave 5 stars because the wheel spacing isn’t really a design flaw and the bolts they provide you with are fine to use, I just modified the rack to make it work for me.

Durable
Nice bike racks. I used better screws from the box store to bolt on and screw them on. Quick set up with right measurements for the bikes. I need two more bike racks.

a revolution in bike storage
Bikes take up a lot of space! Storing them has challenges. I looked into all types of bike storage for 2 bikes in my garage. Two bikes can take up 6x4 feet of floor space. When stored vertically against a wall, it can take 4x4 feet for floor space, and the ability to swivel allows you to make use of the space on either side. I found that these swivel wall-mount racks are the most versatile. You can't always mount each rack directly into wall studs, so I mounted a tongue-in-groove boards onto studs, and then mounted the racks in the optimal position. Same for the lower mount, screwed into tongue-in-groove board. This mount can accept tires up to 3-inches wide, which means that for most bikes, the front wheel will flop to the side. I made two right-sized pieces of wood as spacers, making a slot of the exact right width to hold the tire. I found that the mount should leave the rear tire about 4 inches above the ground. That way, it's easier to load/unload bikes. Smaller bikes are mounted lower, and larger bikes mounted higher, so their rear wheels are about even, 4 inches above the ground. It's a good setup, but it does require each rack is customized for the particular bike it will carry. In spite of the challenges, this is the best solution for bike storage in the garage.

Bolt problems, road bike fit is not the best
As others have noted, the soft metal bolts that you need to remove to adjust the arm are over-tight and easily stripped. I had to use channel-lock pliers to remove; I should have sent it back because of this. Once up, the slot for the uppermost tire is very wide so that my road bike hangs a bit cock-eyed. I will probably add some wood shims at some point Also, the bottom bracket is not slotted to hold the tire in place but is instead a protruding tab and the tire sets next to it. It doesn't keep the lower part of the bike from swinging around if bumped. Overall, I don't really see how it is much of an improvement over the simple wall hook.

Easy to get the bikes in and out of the mounts. Nice to have the ability to swivel the bikes out of the way. Accommodates all tire sizes with one small issue, For 29" and 700c wheels the tire of the bike does not fit into the cutout at the wall end so the front wheel flops around, not a big issue though. Quick installation and heavy duty build quality.

Does the job well. Pros: Hefty construction, Lag bolts bolt vertically one above the other so no need to worry about not hitting the studs, Adjustable wheel rests fitting 29,26 and 20 for my needs. Easy to install, I recommend finding a stud and marking 16inch on centre across your desired wall. Cons: bottom pieces could have been more solid, as they are plastic.

I would give it 5 stars except for a couple of smallish issues. The first is the entry point for the wheel, the V that holds the two arms together where the tire roles onto the rack. This could be thinner and angled in such a way to give more distance between the bottom and your frame of the bike. This really is only a potential concern for a road bike where the tire and frame are close together. The one picture shows how close it gets on that bike but when it was hung the spacing was better. On one of my other bikes though, a high end carbon bike, the difference is a couple of millimetres. The second is that the tire of the bike does not fit into the cutout at the wall end so the front wheel flops around. To solve this you need to add some blocks on either side of the tire and you are golden. I 3D Printed blocks to help with this (see pictures) but you could use simple wood blocks screwed in from the side slots. I really do like this rack in that it does not put stress on the wheel like most of the hangers do. It handles any size of wheel and tire and makes loading bikes a snap, and then they can easily be swung from side to side. My wife can now roll her eBike right onto the rack with little effort. No more trying to get the wheel into the hook. No more worrying that the valve stem might get in the way. Simply roll the bike on and off while it rides on the back wheel. This rack is the best I have used to date for mounting on the wall.

This is an excellent product, well built and works great! Be sure to mount it at a height specific to your bike. I have a gravel bike and a mountain bike so each mount is height specific. The goal is to keep it at the lowest height possible as long as the rear wheel doesn't hit the ground. As a previous viewer noted, place blocks on each side of the upper mount to keep the front wheel from flopping around.

This is a great way to efficiently use storage space. Very sturdy and strong. Install was straight forward, just followed the provided directions and got that perfect floor height for both bikes....also nice that they swing. Others have complained these racks won't work for 29'ers, but they do. Again, follow their directions and adjust the arms to suit your bike. A great purchase, and considerably cheaper than other brands.
