I spent quite a bit of time reading reviews and watching YouTube videos on the various pizza ovens available for sale, including propane, wood, and electric. I finally settled on the Solo Pi Prime oven because of the fuel source (propane), simplicity of operation, and performance. Setup was incredibly simple, consisting of unboxing, placing the cooking stones, and connecting the propane cylinder. Then, after a one hour initial burn-in to remove any manufacturing dust, I started making pizzas. I highly recommend a digital thermometer to measure inside stone temps (mine was $13 from Amazon). After a 30 minute preheat on high the middle of the stone was 875 degrees! I turned the temp knob down to medium and tossed in the first pizza. It was ready in under two minutes, rotating every 30 seconds or so. The results were exactly what I was hoping for as the pictures attest to. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a lower cost, portable, and highly effective outdoor pizza oven.

Fácil de manipular llegó bien las piedras se encuentran en la parte de abajo, necesita una adaptación de gas de americano a mexicano. Calienta súper bien en intensidad media se cocinan bien las pizzas al 100% de queman supongo eso es para climas fríos.

Finally, after months or looking at different ovens, I took the plunge and bought one. Let's start with build quality: it's really good. The finish is great with no burrs or sharp edges; the threads on the gas connection were clean with no damage and the starter button operates and engages with a nice sturdy "thunk"! The two parts of the pizza stone fit together well. Cooking: really simple to start up, just connect the gas and turn the ignition. What I found so far is that it takes a very long time to get up to temperature (we're talking 40 minutes to reach 400 degC). Maybe where I've set it up is too exposed and there's some influence form the wind. I'll try a different spot next time but if placement doesn't change this then that's a definite drawback to this oven (and the score would drop to 4 out of 5). The pizza itself cooks quickly and there's a good finish to the base so no complaints there. If you're cooking one after the other, I would recommend that you wait a little after the second or third pizza is done to let the heat build up in the stone again. First time I used it, I didn't wait and the 4th pizza wasn't as well finished as the first three. Bonus points for the nice over cover that comes with it! 5 out of 5 for now but I will revisit this if I keep having temperature challenges.

Mini four à pizzas qui n'a rien à envier aux grands. Rapide pratique. Pizzas pâte fine croustillante et moelleuse. Mise en route facile et rapide. Pierre réfractaire à bonne température en 15 à 30 min. Au top !
