I LOVE this couch. I’m always a little wary of buying something pricier online without testing it first- especially since I know I’m too lazy to deal with returns. But I needed something slightly bigger than a loveseat for my basement, and with a quarter-turn staircase, my options were limited.After some research, I landed on the Valencia chaise sectional. The reviews stood out - they actually sounded like real people who mostly didn’t regret their purchase, which gave me some peace of mind. I also confirmed with their customer service that the couch would ship in two separate boxes, giving me confidence I should be able to fit it downstairs.Customer service was shockingly thorough and proactive - definitely not what I’m used to when ordering through Amazon. Delivery was via CEVA, and even with curbside service, they were nice enough to place the boxes in my garage.Getting the pieces downstairs was no small feat as it was meant to be a 2 person job (especially for an out-of-shape chick in her 30s doing it solo), but I managed with minimal paint damage to the stairs. Assembly was surprisingly easy, and once everything was set up, I was even more impressed. The seat cushions are firm, the back and arm cushions are softer, and the fabric feels luxe - plus, no weird chemical smells.I always joke that a house isn’t a home without a sectional and now that I finally have one in my new place, it does feel a little homier.It checked every box, and for once, I can say I made the right call for me with a bigger purchase.

It was a great experience.The sofa feels very high end and seems well built. It is solid and there isn't any squeaking or flexing of the frame. The leather cushions have a just right firmness and the couch is comfortable to sit on. The color is accurate to the listing photos and the smell of the leather is quite nice without being overpowering.My only nitpick would be that the leather is so soft and smooth that you may find your behind sliding if you have a tendency to slouch. I liked the couch and the leather so much that I ended up buying some home theater seating as well from the same company (Valencia) so I can lounge away on that! Highly recommend

Totally love this couch. The build quality is amazing. A couch like this in a retail store would have a much higher price tag.This couch is simple to assemble, just screw in the legs. The leather is beautiful

What a bargain! High quality. Looks really good. I think that the arm pillows could be designed a bit better, however. They flop while the rest of the sofa is very firm. Other points: (1) Small package so it makes it through narrow doors easily. (2) Very easy assembly. (3) Holding up well.
