I got a size 8 and I am a size 8 but had to give it to 12 year old who’s normally a size 6. Also, the fitting on the crouch Is a weird cut.Didn’t use it for yoga so can say but I know it’s really small even for my 12 year old who’s a size 4/6Not for me.
