Can this product help me to lose weight?

I know a lot of people have said, "no", but I say, "yes". Absolutely yes! I have struggled with my weight and overeating for more than 15 years. I was quite thin most of my life but gradually gained 60 pounds. I have tried just about everything to lose weight and constantly fail. In recent months, I have come to believe that much of weight issues are the result of yeast overgrowth. Since taking Three-Lac, my appetite has changed and I am much more in control of cravings. The other day, I ate half of my breakfast, had to get up from the table for something and forgot to go back to eat the rest. Actually, forgot! That is something that hasn't happened in forever. I also feel my stomach and body are less bloated since taking Three-Lac. I have often felt that it didn't matter what I did for exercise, unless it was running 10 miles a day, it had little effect. Now I feel like exercising is actually working. While Three-Lac is not a weight loss supplement, getting rid of the bad yeast in your body can certainly help you become healthier. I am shocked that more doctors do not think about yeast overgrowth. I wish someone had told me about Three-Lac 15 years ago. There are a number of additional health benefits I have experienced since taking Three-Lac like better skin, clearer eyes, and, in my opinion, less cravings. If you have a lot of yeast in your body, you may have to take 2 to 3 packs a day but work up to it. I started with 1 and gradually worked up to 3. Just keep taking this stuff every day. It might take a couple of weeks but one day you will wake up and realize something is better in your body. My eyes were really red and that cleared up, my skin looks so much better, dry skin patches cleared up, and I especially noticed the bloat in my body going down. I think the candida just screws up a bunch of things inside your body and, in some people, weight gain is a side effect. Give this product some time and I believe that it will help you on your weight loss journey. Try it!

which works the best caps or packets?

Definitely the packets.... I started taking the caps because I thought I would save some $. I noticed after about a month that i wasn't doing well and couldn't figure out why. I was taking 2 caps a day and realized that i probably wasn't taking enough, so I upped the dose. For me, it takes about 4-5 caps to give the same results as 1 packet. I've reordered the packets and will never go back!

Your tastebuds might be fine. There is an old saying: There is more then one way to skin a cat! Maybe the manufacture of the product uses a substitute sweetener like Xylitol. Anyhow it's a very good product!

What is the CFU count?

I don't know the CFU count, but it does help to keep the candida yeast at bay. If I don't use it, some itching under my bra will start after I sweat and so I know I must get back on the Three Lack. It has been around for some time. I trust it.
