i like the feel of these shorts although they do run a little on the larger side. i will definitely need to wear a belt or order a half size smaller. the colors and design are sporty and handy. the included bottle opener might become an issue if you're trying to get through TSA since you cannot remove them without cutting the webbing. be mindful if you're machine washing this during the spin cycle. it might destroy your other clothes if you don't zip up the bottle opener into its pocket.

These outdoor shorts are both great looking and very comfortable. The material is durable and built to last. These shorts also offer good UV protection. They are great for hiking, camping, going to the lake or the beach, or any type of outdoor activity. The zippered pocket is great for keeping your items safe from falling out. They are self draining and fast drying, so standing in or crossing water is not a problem. The built-in bottle opener is a nice added bonus. I like the fact that they come in exact waist sizes. They are true to size, and I was able to get a perfect fit. I'm looking forward to wearing these on our next hiking trip.

Comes with nice zipper pulls, a bottle opener and the fabric is slightly stretchy and nice to the touch.

These fit my plus sized husband nicely. They're a more formal look than cargo shorts but the fabric feels like swim trunks (so much so that my Husband was CONVINCED that he could swim in them). However, the buttons on the back pockets are regular buttons and clearly they're not meant for swimming. We had to order a slightly larger size than what he normally wears but that's usually the case for him with Columbia products. Nicely made, would recommend.

These shorts are unlined and allow me to wear a belt with them so that I can carry heavy items in my pockets. The shorts are extremely comfortable for extended wear and I have even slept in them. The fabric resists water and stains and washes and dries easily and quickly. The shorts feature a bottle opener that is made with the beer drinker in mind. Never lose your opener again! The shorts fit well in the butt and just look really cool too. Well worth the money.
