These are amazing! They stay warm and you can walk around in them. Super soft against your skin and easy to adjust. Wish I had them years ago! Very happy to have found them. Might get a second pair.

Took this home and used it right away. Absolutely love this. My husband tried it and now he’s ordering one as well. Love the way they fit. The size for either of us is perfect. Quality is good. The heat really relieved the pain in our knees.

The only thing to know about this item is that the stitching is not strong enough to withstand a bend at the knee in a too tightly strapped on pad. Easy enough to fix but watch out or you will find the seeds falling out. Otherwise it is a great pad.

I have tried many heat wraps & found this the best for limbs. It is so soft & comfortable and holds in the heat. The closure tab is also very strong for even walking around with it on, something no other wrap could do. Without using the strong closure, I would probably use on my stomach or back when feeling the need for comforting warmth, especially when going to bed with no need for an electric cord. By the time it would cool off, I would be asleep.

I have a knee issue. the cold option doesn't get cold enough. I have to put a ice pack under it. It does hold it on securely. I haven't tried the heating option yet but since you can microwave it, I can make it as hot as I want. Very nice material and they stay secure. But not cold enough for me out of the freezer.
