I am ysing it for past five years or so. I use it during winter months only for joint pain control. It works pretty well and keeps me fit for whole year.

Tablets are good but the so many ointment is not required instead reduce the price of the tablets.

Waste of money.if u eat in night whole night u will not sleep bcoz whole night u have to in the toilet for urine.no any pain reliever.dont buy.
