Chanel eyeliner
Would not buy any other brand.It stays on all day and evening as it is waterproof.So when it is hot or you swim it stays on your eyes.I usually buy the brown shade.It is rather expensive but you get what you pay for.Highly recommended

Does not apply to waterline very well
It is okay, would likely not repurchase as I purchased to use this on my upper and lower waterline.I find the liner does not apply to my waterline or only a small amount transfers from the pencil to waterline.Might be better for lining above the lashes.
