Use 192 needle derma roller for hair regrowth. Not this.
If you're looking to use a derma roller to regrow hair, use 192 needle derma roller. That will ensure needles actually penetrate and increase the blood flow required for hair growth in your scalp. This one doesn't help much in that process.
