Panasonic MX-AC300S-H 550-Watt 3-Jar Super Mixer Grinder (Grey)

Great machine. I was using a kenstar food processor for the past 8 years.One fine day the plastic knob on the blade of the kenstar jar started melting and got mixed with the food being grinded. So the kenstar had to be replaced immediately. Having seen everyone in my family use panasonic, didnt think twice before deciding on Panasonic. Placed an order on amazon for Panasonic and received it on the second day. Panasonic grinder is very sturdy as compared to any other mixer grinder. My entire family(extended) vouches for Panasonic mixer grinder having used it for many many years. The quality of my new Panasonic grinder is just as good and sturdy as the old Panasonic grinders being used in our extended family for many years. Hoping to use this for many many years ahead.The price on amazon was unbelievable. I thought I will receive some old stock due to this unbelievable price, but to my surprise it was manufactured less than a month before I ordered this product. The product came very well packed from amazon and the original box itself had come with the panasonic seal tape.One glitch is that the grinder comes with a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer, but the warranty card is not stamped by amazon. Need to figure out how to use the warranty if required.The lids of the blender jar and mill jar get locked snug and tight. However, the lid of the chutney jar doesn't lock so well. I noticed this not just with mine but with my mother's chutney jar aswell. Hello Panasonic, place to improve?

Ordered ythe product on 7th December at 3:15 PM and was delivered at 12 PM making it the very good service from Amazon. Hats off.We had MX-AC300 which dont have any issues from last 6 years. Double safety locking system failed after 5 years which we have disabled it internally in repair shop other that nothing has gone wrong. So we decided to gift it my Mother-in-law.One thing which i am little confused is the model number. I am unable to understand the difference MX-AC300S & MX-AC300S-H(grey). I had put an enquiry in panosonic website which has gone unanswered.Pros:1) Super sturdy motor unit.2) Exceptionally good quality steel in Jars and exceptional build quality of Jars which we rearly find in other brand of Mixers3) No maintenence problems like broken bushes in jars and so on.Cons:1) The Top part of the jars are complicated in shape thus little cumbersome to clean.(which we can always live with it)Advice to Seller:Website doesnt have snaps of the size of jars and detaled pictures of jars which makes difficult for users to choose between diffrent models. It would be better if jar photos are added in the product page

Initially received a damaged mixer, but was replaced promptly, no question asked.. Replaced one was good.Pros: After using for more than 5 years (atleast daily once), this is a very nice machine from panasonic.. Mostly we would grind dosa batter, chutney, masalas. Very much satisfied with grinding level.Safety measures like mixer won't run unless jar is fitted and locked..Cons: As of such no. For beginners locking the jar to mixer may be little tricky

I've been using a murphy richard mixer grinder for some time- 3 years, lives in Noida and have hard water. so the Murphy Richard Mixer started getting rusted from the bottom and could not give excellent performance(Morphy Richards Icon DLX 750-Watt Mixer Grinder). I liked the mixi but something was missing. The jars were difficult to open and it was a task to get the jar out from mixi. So I started looking for my perfect mixer grinder. I wanted a mixi which has a better locking system and ended up buying Philips (Philips HL 7720 750-Watt 3-Jar Mixer Grinder). Oh that was bad. So much of noise. I had Garam Masala to grind and I could not grind even 50 Gms of it. The small jar was hot within 20seconds. Had to return the very same day.Now I started seriously looking fo a better grinder, I prefer to grind my own masalas and use the mixer daily. so needed something better than whatever I used so far. Went through hundreds of reviews and finally selected Panasonic. When this Mixi arrived - I was relived to see the quality of the Jars - much better than ive used. The locking mechanism - excellent. Same Garam masala was grinded within a minute. No heated jar. wow.Since I suffered a lot while looking for the perfect mixer grinder, I though to write this review so that others do not need to. Its a very handy mixi. Good quality of Jars, the steel and plastic. Very easy mechanism to operate the mixer. Don't get scared by the shape. The mixi body is thin and long and so it get nicely tucked in a corner. Looks beautiful. Easy to operate using the piano style buttons. So far loving it.

Earlier, we were using Panasonic old model which is not available, based on old model... we straight away purchased Panasonic top model... unfortunately, coconut is not grinding well in small jar. It is still have hard small coconut as is... without grinding 100%

This 300S model has 3 steel jars. The same mixie is packaged with multiple jar combos in different models.The largest jar (1.5 L ) is only meant for blending and not for grinding according to manual (but it can be used for wet grinding, according to my wife). The mil jar is the main jar.Chutney Jar (0.4L) = AC-300CAMulti-jar (0.6L) = AC-310MA (not included in this combo)Mil Jar: (1.1L) = MX-SM11Blender jar (1.5L) = MX-SB15The power is only 550W, which helps to run it on a 1KVA UPS when there is no power!Also the noise is lower ( than 750W models)Overall it is a good mixie. I am ordering some original extra jars from Panasonic while it is available so that it can be used in future when the jars gets worn out.
