Not worth buying
2 months into buying the laptop the trackpad has stopped working. Had to give it away to repair and received it back without being fixed and it’s away for repair for the 2nd time and the repair centre is short of parts. It’s been more than 15 days and I wonder will I receive it back. Feels like I wasted my money and the customer service isnt really being helpful in finding a quick resolution either as they only ask to stay patient. 😔

lack of graphic
is nice built and awesome looking. to be honest look better than macbook air new ones. battery life ok if not using to heavy media fails. Screen is awesome and touch beautifull responding. downside is a little slow on many open tabs and lack of graphic. 512 MB graphic is not enought for my tasks

Very satisfied customer.
Extremely easy to set-up. I had worried about data transfer but with most of it backed up it was easy to transfer. Brilliant screen and solid tactile keyboard. This is my third HP laptop and they just keep getting better!
