Not worth it !!
Nothing Special!! It’s just psyllium husk packed in capsules. One should go for normal psyllium husk that is way more cheap. I personally feel it’s just not worth it.

3 capsules 2-3 times daily... that's a lot and considering the capsule size and the needed water... i can only take 2 capsules once a day. maybe that's why there's no improvement :)
