Amazing quality. Very surprised.
This is great. I’ve never owned a chair so nice. Very sturdy and fairly easy assembly. The fabric is very soft but feels durable.

Comfy Chair
Perfect size and the adjustable lever works well. The last chair I had my knees were up to my chest. It fits me like a glove, moves freely and twirls around. I slide all over my office without having to keep on getting on and off the chair. The color I bought was grey. Very pleased, took me 12 minutes ( I timed it) to put it together.

Low quality. Bad returns. Kinda scammy.
Terrible return process. Seller won’t give you a real return label. Quality is also very low. Stay far far away.

beautiful & comfortable
This chair is beautiful & comfortable, very high quality and easy to assemble. I think my husband is going to steal from me, we both like it so much. He is works in design & IT and is very particular about desk set up, so if he likes it I know it was a good buy. We will probably buy another one in the next few months, oh and assembly was very easy too! This is in the lighter brown option.

Comfy
Got this for my son for his desk. It’s so comfy. I had to make sure to get one that would tip back because he’s always tipping back onto two legs and this way he can tip back and not break the chair legs. It looks really nice and is comfy too! The fabric in my opinion is a littleCheesy looking but overall I love the shape and look of the chair.

IT IS NOT HYPE WORTHY
I ordered this chair based off of the reviews and for what seemed like a good value. It's not horrible, does not smell of chemicals, and went together very easily. All you need to put it together is the box.I like nice things but one thing I cannot bring myself to do is spend a ton of money on an office chair, even if it is the most frequently used chair in my home. This seemed like a nice middle ground but it is a little deceiving. The ergonomics of the chair seem to be very "meh." I am 6', 180 pounds. If my bottom end was a bit wider, I am sure this review would go a bit differently. The part that your bottom fills into is very wide. If I spread my legs in the chair a bit I can feel a nice "hip & thigh hug." If I sit up and in typing position while watching my posture, it feels like I am sitting in someone else's chair. The armrests are stationary and cannot be adjusted unless you want to move them from in to out by adjusting the six screws at the bottom of the chair. They are okay. The back offers fairly good lumbar support and the top of the chair hits at the base of my neck if I lean back. The hydraulics of the chair seem to work fine. If they start to slip or decline over use, I will adjust my review but for now, they seem tight. You can lock the back into position if reclining is not your thing. I personally like to feel the lean during overly long phone meetings or Zoom calls. This chair gives you room to stretch out during those drone-on meetings. The fabric is cheap and by cheap I mean it feels like I could rip right through it with my finger nail. The "suede like fabric" (that is what they call it) is that cheap fabric you would find on every piece of budget furniture in the 1990's. If you work from home and spend long hours at your desk like I do, this fabric will most likely wear through or rub off in a matter of months. All in all it is not horrible. Definitely a step up from the regular old low back office chairs with light weight foam. The foam in this chair feels alright at first use and hopefully it stays that way but if it follows suit to the rest of the design, this thing will need replaced inside of two years. The indentation of where my elbows sit when I type stay indented for quite awhile when I move my arms.Aesthetically it's alright. If you are on a tight budget but want to step up your WFH game, this might work for you. Overall I wish I had spent just a little more money and tried something else. I am neither displeased with it or happy with it. It is just another chair to use for work. Not worthy of any hype or praise even if nothing stands out as horrible except maybe the fabric choice. The stitching seems to be okay despite the wide Z type stitch across the bottom portion of the chair. I have three dogs so I am willing to bet a paw will eventually snag one of these little babies and it will require some surgery. The weight of the chair is nice, heavy but not overly heavy. It rolls just fine and makes not weird or annoying noises when in use.If you are style conscious, this does not look as good as it does in the product photos. If you are skinny, keep looking. If you are on the shorter side, keep looking. To put it metaphorically, this chair is like a Toyota Camry with wheel rust and a hard shift into second. Just okay all-around.
