I ordered this product when I recieved the package and opened it the aroma was everywhere in the house for 1/2hr not even kidding.it is pure cinnamon bark someone looking to lose weight or if your someone looking for pure cinnamon the maximum taste and benefit of cinnamon is in the bark so this is the best. This product is pure and you can make out with the aroma and the colour of the cinnamon it's the outer bark.we always prefer cinnamon quills for cooking but they are less beneficial if u want to lose weight and also has less oil content in it. Thus giving less benefits. But the bark is full of natural oils healthy and tasty u must try it.

The product is average and has a mild taste and flavor. Quite sure this is not pure cinnamon stick 🤔 this is something similar but not cinnamon.
