Very good pan.
Very nice. Good Thickness. Though they claim hard anodized is not nonstick, it can be very much nonstick if you know how to use it. and you can use metal spoons with no worry. I expect this to last a very long time. Using it past 2 years and no complaints. It is a little pricey though. And a simple lid would have been great.

Good product with missing accessories
Good product. Spatula & cleaning pad, which are standard accessories of Hawkins, not included in the packet, strangely. Hope Amazon will make good the missing accessories.

Great product from Hawkins.
Best quality product by Hawkins. It's easy to clean, sturdy and durable. Looks very premium. Though it's not a nonstick item, food doesn't stick to the pan and metal ladles can be used with it which is a great advantage of this product. It also comes with a stainless steel lid. Hawkins also provides a 5year guaranty on its products, but the buyer have to register the product within 15 days of purchase in the company's website with the guaranty card number provided with the product. More over I love this product and recommend to buy.

Sturdy
Been hearing a lot about the " unhealthy" aspects of swallowing Teflon using Non stick pans. Hence decided to try this. Already have saucepans, casserole dishes from the same makers. But a bit disappointed because everything sticks including chapathis. Which is frustrating. It is a sturdy heavy bottomed pan for shallow frying. But beware it's not Non stick.

Excellent product. It's flat bottom good for electric stovetop. Have been using more than 6 months and it still looks new. Easy to clean.
