love this painful thing. My only complaint is that I don't have time to use it more. Wierdly satisfying and relaxing to use this mat once you get the hang of lying down on it. Get one!

my only regret is not ordering the more “intense” mat!! I love this brand so much!!! It helps me relax in the morning and at night before bed and I instantly feel relief from tension in my shoulders. I’ve tried other cheaper brands on Amazon and the quality is NOT the same. If you are on the fence, invest in this!!

This is a great product and was given to me as a gift I love it. I use mine every other day and it works wonders. The first couple of minutes are intense however if you can get past that it’s is incredible for releasing tension that causes back pain. Often times I am able to fall asleep on this mat waking up refreshed 10/10 would recommend to anyone suffering from back pain.
